@RobertGehrke Reading it now. Interesting that the arguments focus mostly on violations of state, rather than federal provisions. I do hope to see some clarification of the term at some point. Very amorphous.

I wonder if this suit will focus on what constitutes "communities of interest". That seems to be a sticking point. It can't be political party, but is "urban" a valid community that can't be split up?
