@RoarInvest@colonelhogans They said post election they will mine coal and go nuclear. Nuclear will increase uranium sales in Oz. And they have promised to abolish net zero.
I’m a life long Labor voter.
If Murdoch’s News CORP, along with the owners on NINE, SEVEN, SKY and Reinhardt, were supporting Albanese and Labor the way they are One Nation, I’d be on here screaming for answers as to WHY?
None of these billionaire corporations, support politicians cause it’s good for the people or the country.
They support a politician the way Murdoch does Trump, Hanson and Farrage, because it’s good for THEIR massive wealth.
WHY are they supporting Hanson so hard?
Pritzker: So here’s the truth, plain and simple: Our state is under siege. Not by protesters, not by immigrants, not by the deep state, not by the press, not by Canada or Mexico or Greenland, not by Antifa or by Jewish space lasers or pride parades.
No. Our state is under siege by a petty, corrupt man in Washington. A man who ran for president because he wanted to live in a palace and get rich or get richer.
Our state is under siege by the skilled sycophants who surround that president and use his base desires as cover for their own destructive agendas.
Our state is under siege by the many, many Republicans who are either too infatuated or too frightened to fight Donald Trump for the people they serve.
And I mean Republicans like Darren Bailey. You can be a lot of things and still be an effective governor, but one thing you cannot be is a coward.
Trump's latest Truth Social meltdown at Meet the Press host Kristen Welker wasn't an attack. It was a confession.
Trump is so hollowed out by grievance that he can no longer distinguish power from a tantrum. Every time he does this, he isn't owning anyone. He's handing the country another clip of an aging wannabe strongman who can't survive five minutes of questions without coming unglued.
The world already wrote him off as a grotesque, self-pitying spectacle. Now a growing number of Americans are catching up: this isn't toughness. It's decay with a microphone. An unfit, psychologically damaged fool who cannot stop humiliating himself and then demanding the country treat the humiliation as strength.
Phew!
Another #Insiders with no mention of the economy. Materially positive economic growth data & a small fall in inflation last week.
Maybe one day it will realise the economy is an important political issue rather than giggles about falling off bikes and stages
Court transcripts expose Rupert Murdoch’s delusion as the saviour of Western civilisation’s “conservative” ethos. Rupert’s not a conservative. He’s an abuser of press freedom for partisan/vested gains. He trashes democratic institutions. He’s a disgrace to ethical journalism.
Bill Shorten lost the 2019 unlosable election because he proposed cuts to negative gearing and capital gains tax concessions, and that 50% of new cars be EVs by 2030.
Tax changes are now law, and the 50% EV target could be achieved before 2030.
Voters owe Bill a huge apology.
Myth: VIC is broke and has over $200B in debt.
Wrong. Debt is currently about $167B.
Is it the highest in the country?
Yes, for now. But it's projected QLD and NSW will hit $200B before VIC.
What is the cause of VICs debt?
1. COVID.
2. Infrastructure underfunding from Canberra.
eg. VIC received $0 in federal funding for the recently completed Metro Rail Tunnel and Westgate Tunnel.
We had to pay for both projects ourselves as the former Morrison Govt believed the Australian border lied at the Murray River.
After the One Nation David Farley immigration foobar faux pas where his facts and figures were more factual than an actual Poorlene real-colour hair dye - and the orange-army diehards disappeared up their own orifices in acrid protest…
…One Nation’s latest NSW state candidate for the Hunter seat of Cessnock, Mike Newman, has pushed that Pauline “we are being swamped by Asians” envelope to its absolute zenith today by speaking in Japanese to a foreign media outlet at a press conference in Singleton. Hanson barely had time to get out of her own way to shut that shyte down quick smart - lest her remaining diehards abandon the SS Shyte-tanic to seek out a more far-right racist representation of themselves.
Hanson got out the shovel to keep on digging though - with “He’s right across the issues of NSW, regardless of the fact he’s been living in Japan for the last 25 years”…
Snort..
Mike doesn’t think one Nation and its dear leader are racist though - because Mike’s wife is Japanese and the Japanese were proud of their monoculture. Plus all Mike’s business partners are Indian and they are patriotic. 🙄
If you can make sense of that gobblygook, you are a shoe in for One Nation membership.
As Poorlene has realised she has to appeal to a certain type of culture in her candidates to have a hope of acquiring seats - Having a candidate that can speak Japanese and has spent the majority of his time in a foreign Asian country might appeal to a certain demographic - but as she continues to condemn and ostracise 90 percent of the cultural diversity of our electorates by elevating and enabling racism through divisive rhetoric and populist policy for notoriety, she may well be grabbing the dragon by the tail.
She is both pushing racism while displaying a tolerance of multi-lingual candidacy and hidden higher immigration levels.
Those enabled self-appointed white-boy guardians of the racist realm might not be so enthused by the constant hypocrisy.
Good observation by a caller to Raf Epstein about media hysterics re Victoria's infrastructure problems:
Where is the media outrage about the Snowy 2.0 Hydro (20X over budget)?
Sure, it's what-about-ism, but it's still a valid question that exposes double standards. #auspol
More evidence - if we needed it - that One Nation is unfit for any form of leadership at a federal or state level.
Homophobic, anti-choice, xenophobic, incoherent.
It’s absolutely critical that those of us who believe in a diverse, accepting and generous Australia stand against this divisive negativity.

Anita Perrottet tells NSW ICAC she can't recall dodgy shell company Beckington National, set up by her husband & Christian Ellis, then says she can’t recall why she “purchased shares in this company”—through her consulting firm—where she’s the sole director.🙄💥
