BREAKING: PARDON IMPLOSION! Rapper Boosie Badazz files a massive lawsuit alleging that he paid for a pardon from Trump and never received it.

This is a stunning look under the corruption hood...

Boosie Badazz, real name Torence Hatch Jr., alleges that he paid $600,000 to the MAGA-connected DC lobbyist firm JM Burkman & Associates to obtain a pardon for a 2023 incident in which he was convicted for bringing a loaded weapon to a music video shoot.

Hatch has filed suit to recover half of the sum he paid for the backroom maneuvering because the pardon never materialized.

According to The Guardian, this suit could portend an entirely new "genre of litigation stemming from Trump’s habit during his second presidency of doling out pardons en masse to people whom he considers to be aligned with him and were convicted of federal crimes."

In other words, Trump has so debased presidential pardons by handing them out for money and favors that a shadowy secondary market has sprung up in which brokers, both fraudulent and genuine, offer to obtain pardons for clients in return for large sums of money. The Guardian refers to it as the "clemency economy" and it's a thriving, hidden market through which millions of dark dollars flow. A criminal President breeds a criminal country.

In this instance, lobby records prove that Hatch hired the firm in question to pursue his pardon. The lobbyists eventually falsely informed Hatch that Trump had signed the pardon and they were simply waiting for the announcement. It never came.

Hatch stated that the lobbyists, far-right convicted felons Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman, were "real aggressive – they were talking like they had Trump on speed dial.”

When Hatch's attorney contacted the White House for clarification, administration officials insisted that they had never received the request in the first place.

Regardless of the truth of this specific case, this scandal is the natural result of allowing a convicted felon, adjudicated rapist, and alleged pedophile to wield the power of the presidential pardon. He was always going to use it to destroy the very idea of the law itself.

Once we have subpoena power again, Democrats need to investigate every single one of Trump's pardons and prosecute every single act of corruption.

Now that the pool has been drained once again, we can see that the only damage to the bottom of the pool is from when Trump had his motorcade drive over it, for some inexplicable reason.

It turns out there is a reason we use asphalt on roads and don’t just paint the ground blue.

Literally anybody with half a brain could have figured that out…but it appears the President lacks even that, and all of his sycophantic yes-men are too terrified to tell him no.

He should be forced to pay back every cent of the cost to fix this pool from his own personal account…and then have the rest of it seized for being the proceeds of a criminal enterprise.

Three Florida Republicans were just charged with creating a fake voter guide to steal an election.

They did not hack the machines. They did not stuff the ballot box. They printed a fake Republican voter guide, made it look nearly identical to the real one, and mailed it to tens of thousands of voters before a 2024 primary.

It worked. An incumbent won by fewer than 1,000 votes. Now three elected officials in St. Johns County, Florida are facing criminal charges for it.

In reality, the bill is designed to make it much harder to vote because Republicans have completely given up on winning votes. They know that their policy platform of ramming through tax cuts for the rich, starting more foreign wars on behalf of Israel, and covering up the Epstein sex trafficking network polls about as well as lung cancer.

So rather than win fair and square, they want to decrease voter turnout by erecting as many hurdles as possible to the ballot box. We know this to be the case because mass voter fraud is a myth, as proven by study after study.

As for the voter ID element, it's far more sinister than it perhaps appears at first glance because Republicans are also trying to shut down the offices where Americans can obtain IDs. First they'll require you to have one, then they'll make it impossible to get it.

There is no positive way for Republicans to spin this outburst from Trump. He is announcing to the entire world that his own political interests supersede those of Americans who are suffering financially. An entire generation now feels that home ownership — once a cornerstone of the American Dream — is forever beyond their reach.

The housing bill will make it easier to construct new homes, restricts predatory Wall Street investors from gobbling up new single-family homes, reforms housing zoning, boosts affordable housing programs and supports a slew of other desirable initiatives.

Trump previously admitted that he wants housing prices to stay inflated—

“I don’t want to drive housing prices down. I want to drive housing prices up for people that own their homes, and they can be assured that’s what’s going to happen,” he said.

The reason is easy to untangle. The oligarchs with whom he regularly rubs elbows have tons of investment properties. They're elbowing out working class people to boost their already grossly inflated net worth. It's top-down class war plain and simple.

Thankfully, the bill will become law at midnight tonight with or without Trump's signature. Democrats need to run on this and blast the story out far and wide.

BREAKING: CORRUPTION ALERT! Kash Patel’s “forgotten” stock trade is raising huge questions about ILLEGAL CONFLICTS at the FBI.

The man in charge of the FBI apparently forgot to mention that he bought up to $250,000 in stock in a company doing millions of dollars in business with his own Justice Department.

For six months.

Federal records reviewed by NOTUS reveal that FBI Director Kash Patel purchased between $100,001 and $250,000 in MicroStrategy stock on November 21 — and didn't disclose it to federal regulators until May 26. The STOCK Act requires senior government officials to report trades over $1,000 within 45 days. Patel took 186.

His explanation? He "inadvertently omitted" it.

Watchdogs aren't buying it.

"That's violating the law — no other way to put it," said Dylan Hedtler-Gaudette of the nonpartisan Project on Government Oversight.

And this isn't just a paperwork problem. MicroStrategy bills itself as a "Bitcoin Treasury Company" and has done millions of dollars in business with the Justice Department — Patel's parent agency. The FBI, which Patel now directs, also investigates cryptocurrency fraud. In June, Patel posted on X that "crypto fraudsters have been scamming and taking advantage of the American people for too long. No more!"

No more — except for the six-figure crypto-adjacent stock position he forgot to tell anyone about for half a year.

It’s so hard to keep track of your finances when you spend so much time flying around the country in a government private jet with your country singer girlfriend at public expense. And, of course, doctors do say that excessive alcohol consumption can affect memory retention.

But wait, there's more. In May 2025, Patel bought up to $50,000 in Krispy Kreme stock while the FBI was actively investigating a ransomware group that had breached the doughnut chain's data systems. And before taking the job, he held between $1 million and $5 million in Elite Depot — the parent company of Chinese fast-fashion giant Shein — raising serious conflict-of-interest questions given Shein's deep ties to China and the FBI's national security mandate.

The DOJ's own Deputy Assistant Attorney General wrote a letter insisting Patel is "in compliance with applicable laws." The FBI called the late disclosure "not realized and unintentional."

So, to summarize: the director of the FBI broke federal disclosure law, owns stock in a DOJ contractor, bought shares in a company his own agents were investigating, and held millions in a Chinese-linked firm.

But sure. Totally unintentional. From a man presciently named “Kash.”

Let me tell you what just got reported, because you will not believe it until you see it laid out.

The Trump administration cut a billion-dollar tungsten deal with Kazakhstan. Tungsten is the metal we need for missile warheads, fighter jets, and computer chips. Trump himself got on the phone to close it. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick worked it from the inside, sending letters, leaning on the Kazakh president, lining up as much as $1.6 billion in federal financing.

Within weeks of those negotiations, investors tied to a firm partly owned by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump took a 20% stake in an entity connected to the very same Kazakhstan project their father was negotiating. Around that same time, Cantor Fitzgerald, the firm run by Lutnick’s own sons, raised $210 million for a partner in the deal and pocketed the fees.

The fathers set the policy. The sons cashed in.

Six days after the Trump sons and their partners moved their money, Lutnick signed the final deal.

The reporting found one or both families have financial ties to at least 14 companies working with the government on critical mining deals.

The total federal funding flowing toward those companies tops $8.9 billion.

This is your tax money.

It is supposed to secure our supply chains and protect our troops, not pad the portfolios of the President’s children and the Commerce Secretary’s children.

This is the most corrupt administration in American history. It is not close.

We must keep digging, and keep asking the questions they do not want asked. Republicans in Congress are unwilling to lift a finger. Mike Johnson is running a protection racket.

Either we will end the corruption, or the corruption will be the end of us.

The man you poured your faith into was never a visionary, never a savior, never even remotely exceptional.

What looked like confidence was arrogance.

Trump’s DOJ just shut down a federal investigation into a coal company owned by Sen. Jim Justice, one of his closest allies, after it racked up tens of thousands of alleged violations for dumping dangerous chemicals into our waterways. A veteran federal prosecutor with 24 years on the job said he had never seen anything like it.  

The man who killed the case was Todd Blanche, Trump’s former personal defense lawyer and current Acting Attorney General. This is the same guy who just gave Trump, his family, and his companies permanent immunity from IRS audits. Now Trump wants the Senate to make Blanche’s appointment permanent too.  

Equal justice under law was never supposed to come with exceptions for the President’s friends.  

The pattern isn’t subtle: protect Trump’s friends, prosecute his critics, and get rewarded with more power. That is corruption, plain and simple. Todd Blanche must not be confirmed.
