You are missing the point. The reason Restore and Reform are funded by wealthy elites, is because that is who they serve. They do a wonderful job of convincing the working classes they intend to destroy into furthering their cause, and I'm sure their meetings are a very powerful tool for that.

Just remember that AI’s are programmed to pander to your existing beliefs.

It is not an “observable fact”, as the AI says, it is just being a lickspittle

I’m not saying that it’s impossible for there to be a creator, I just think that it’s through a forest of towering assumptions.

We have no evidence of higher planes of existence, so why create one to explain a mystery?

I’m not the type to say that I know that there is no creator, because that comes with a tall set of assumptions as well.

I just believe there to be no creator, until I have evidence

@MoorlandAssoc I have walked through a lot of woods that I “shouldn’t” have, and often seen a lot of shoot shite left in the woods. Vast amounts of old wire fencing nailed to trees, feeders, empty feed bags, shotgun cartridges galore, old stone walls dismantled to weigh the bottom of the fence

Most people go with that intuition of an agency and never question the basics of the premise.

Atheist belief is there being no higher consciousness, spiral or otherwise.

It’s a belief that requires a lot less assumptions than believing that there is some form of god.

Believing in a god is easier, despite more assumptions, because the How of things can be abstracted away to the divine.

The mechanisms of the universe determine how things behave, from the very simple, through many layers of emergence, to the very complex.

Believing there is no god requires a huge degree less assuming, despite being harder to grasp.
