@cvspharmacy My MIL is bed-ridden, has MS and has a recurrent UTI. We have been trying to get her meds for 2 days from your location at 121 Clemson Rd in Columbia, SC. We have waited on the phone for 45 mins to get status, & nobody picks up.

I have validated that the ID used to create this account was expired. How did @BankofAmerica allow an account to be opened using an expired ID? Because they are negligent, and the @USOCC and @CFPB need to investigate their #KnowYourCustomer procedures.

I am SO over @BankofAmerica and their lack of concern for #fraud. Fraudsters created an account in my name, then BofA customer service argued with me about having spoken to me about it. I asked that the account be closed. Today, I get a statement for the account I never opened.

For the second time in a year, fraudsters have opened accounts in my name online at @BankofAmerica. I have locked my credit files and have identity theft monitoring I pay for monthly. Seems BofA just grants accounts even still. 30 mins into what will be hours of conversation …

Believe me, by the end of the day, there will be a formal complaint filed with the @CFPB about @BankofAmerica and its online account opening practices. The agent confirmed that they keep no notes on file for individuals. So, if this happens again, they will have no record.

When I spoke to the 3rd human at @BankofAmerica while trying to close this #fraudulent account, I asked if they just grant accounts or whether they actually check @chexsys alerts. She said she didn’t think they do because accounts are being opened even w/ alerts in place.
