@realgirl_fieri Hang in there mama. You are beautiful & doing so so much. I know weight can get really frustrating, but have confidence you will get back to your balance point 🩷
@realgirl_fieri I feel you. I wholeheartedly, completely know the struggle. I’m still in it, so clearly I haven’t found the magic, BUT I have learned a couple things. Check insulin (not glucose) levels, cortisol, & an in depth hormone check that includes testosterone. Magnesium glycinate,
@realgirl_fieri Activated B complex, & berberine with ALA are worth looking into. I have read fasting is not always great for women, especially when they are overstressed & burning out their adrenals. Try some meditation/yoga, & red light therapy. Get rest. No good recovery happens without rest.
@TheMuppetPastor@realfemsapien I had my first child at 33 & my second at 35. My husband was playing MLB & they were also his 1st & second children. Most importantly we love one another, & the timing is just the way our lives played out. Don’t be a gross person by shaming people with your superficial values.
@luinalaska 😆 At least he just slapped the car. In 2018 a woman climbed into my husbands truck bed & 💩 while he was at a light. She was sitting on the rail & it was nasty smeared everywhere. It was the highlight from a Disneyland trip 🤢
@smalltown_wife You know, the specialist did tell me that tongue ties can grow back as well. It might be worth double checking that there hasn’t been regrowth. Either way, I hope you get the rest you need & that things improve quickly. 🙏
@goinggodward No doubt…..I use online homeschooling & I am constantly creating new parental controls. That’s just with 2 kids that I hover over. I can’t imagine having a whole classroom on devices 😳. There are so many examples of old ways being better for society.
@IronMarshmellow None of us know. All we know is after we buy our Jeep ducks randomly show up. Also, we are then expected to master the “Jeep wave” with other jeeps on the road. Kids love the duck duck Jeep thing though.
@ifixhearts Baby steps or its unlikely to stick. Start with eliminating Starbucks & as much fast food as possible. Next step, cut out all soda. Next cut out all processed food. Never go to the next step until the current step is a natural habit.
@tarahtalk@ClosingScore@ianmiles You should tuck this BS expertise from the Mayo Clinic in a very special place for after you give birth. I’m sure you will be very appreciative of it. Dragging new mamas is not the podium you should stand on.
@smalltown_wife …pain, struggle, constant nursing & sleep deprivation of infancy. I know it’s hard. I should have called in more friends, family, & paid help. I didn’t because I hate to feel like a burden. Don’t make my mistake. 🩷 Hope this was helpful.
@smalltown_wife When we had our 1st I was IN THE WEEDS & didnt sleep until she was almost a year. I now know she had significant oral ties that went undiagnosed until she was 9. Multiple pediatricians & even one dentist said “no tongue tie”.As soon as the ties were addressed her speech changed.
@smalltown_wife …that could be strapped to anything & it created vibration. It really helped. Get help mama. Don’t stop looking for the answer. You’re 💯 right that something is off. I cried when I heard the change in my daughter’s speech MINUTES after oral tie revision, 9 years after the
@smalltown_wife We also know now that we needed to address gut health. So she couldn’t get a full tummy nursing & she had an extra sensitive tummy due to microbiome. I had to wear her 24/7 One thing that did help her was vibration. She hated swings, but we got a device called a wee wobbler …
@goinggodward I don’t freeze, but I often can’t speak in big moments. I couldn’t talk while in labor with my babies. I will move, react, fight… but I might not talk or scream. It’s like ALL my brain power is dedicated to problem solving the situation.
@_HeartofGrace_@TheChiefNerd 😂 Happy to report the person is def still here. They are not in any hurry to have more MRIs though. Other types of imaging said there wasn’t any kind of foreign body in arm, but generalized pain at inj. site persist. It’s just strange & frustrating to not have answers. 🤷♀️
