BREAKING: Music legend Jack White of The White Stripes delivers on his threat and slams Donald Trump with a massive lawsuit for illegally using his band's music — adding another serious problem to the convicted felon's plate.

"This machine sues fascists," White wrote in the caption of an Instagram picture of the lawsuit in question, a reference to Woody Guthrie's famous guitar inscription that read "This machine kills fascists."

The jury trial seeking complaint was filed in federal court in New York and aims at preventing Trump from ever using the hit song "Seven Nation Army" again.

White previously threatened the lawsuit on Instagram.

"Oh….Don’t even think about using my music you fascists," he wrote "Lawsuit coming from my lawyers about this (to add to your 5 thousand others.) Have a great day at work today Margo Martin."

"And as long as I’m here, a double fuck you DonOLD for insulting our nation’s veterans at Arlington you scum," he added. "You should lose every military family’s vote immediately from that if ANYTHING makes sense anymore."

Of those 38,500 new voters, 83% were people in the age 18-34 group — suggesting that young Americans are fired up about Harris's campaign.

BREAKING: Donald Trump melts down over President Biden's historic proposal to fix the Supreme Court by instituting term limits for justices and enforceable ethics code.

Biden really struck a nerve this time....

"The Radical Left Democrats are desperately trying to 'Play the Ref' by calling for an illegal and unConstitutional attack on our SACRED United States Supreme Court," Trump wrote on Truth Social.

"The reason that these Communists are so despondent is that their unLawful Witch Hunts are failing everywhere," he went on.

"The Democrats are attempting to interfere in the Presidential Election, and destroy our Justice System, by attacking their Political Opponent, ME, and our Honorable Supreme Court. We have to fight for our Fair and Independent Courts, and protect our Country. MAGA2024!" Trump added.

Clearly, Trump hates the idea of a court that actually upholds the law. In its current state it has no legitimacy, controlled as it is by partisan Republicans like Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito who don't even bother hiding their corruption.

The court must change if it's too have any chance of surviving.
