"How do I stay focused" is the wrong question.
"How do I avoid distractions" is a much better one.
---
I spend ~2 hours every day blocking out every single distraction. When I do this, focus is unavoidable.
The same applies for success.
Don't chase success.
Just avoid the things that guarantee failure (poor habits/systems, distracted easily, burnout, chasing trends, too much risk, etc).
...in Charlie Mungers words: βIt is remarkable how much long-term advantage people like us have gotten by trying to be consistently not stupid, instead of trying to be very intelligent.β

As you know I use instrumental electronic music to help me focus. Music that's not so calm it puts me to sleep, but not so energetic that I can't think clearly.
Below is the 2 hour playlist I'm using this week (YouTube, SoundCloud & Spotify) π

Now you're just hating. What's so bad about it? It has its problems, but "lowest quality" is ridiculous.
Brian Windhorst with one of the coldest mic drops while defending LeBronsβ Legacy:
βAll the teams heβs played with heβs delivered a ring. All the places heβs played will retire his jersey. So howβs that for a Legacy? What do you want?β
