@JFreshHockey I know this is a Sid post, but man, do I miss Doc. He and Thorne were my two favorites growing up. Even if you didn’t like him, his commentary just grabs your attention. I wasn’t looking at my phone before this video came up, and I heard Doc and instantly looked.

@DevilsInsiders That’s very concerning if true. Maybe they do need to clean house after this season, but it makes me wonder how many other decisions were Fitz overruling everyone when they were highly advising against the decisions

@NhlYearBets @DevilsInsiders Oh no, I’m at like 5%. But from a GM perspective, if you don’t try to get him back to form by changing the goalie coach (or something else I’m not thinking of at the moment lol), that’s either incompetence or just not caring.

@devils_chargers @DevilsInsiders Just my opinion, but I thought there were multiple. Just an example, I know some people didn’t like the Stillman draft pick from the start (I was honestly one of them). But I think he made some good decisions too. It wasn’t all bad. Just inconsistent. And the lows were low imo.

@NhlYearBets @DevilsInsiders lol exactly. It’s tough because how much is it that Allen is just solid in this system and how much is it the goalie coach? Tough to say. But either way, if the GM is committed to Markstrom being the #1 goalie, they need a coach who can get their top paid goalie to play like it

@NhlYearBets @DevilsInsiders Of course. I was thinking big picture (Markstrom the entire season, and goalies of years past), not just the one goal. But yeah, that was so bad. Glad Keefe pulled him.
