@flamingblue8z @TMobileHelp Oddly this sort of happened to me also, I sent the delivered notice from @UPS to @TMobileHelp and they "finally figured out" where it was delivered to @TMobile and I was also told that this is automatic @TMobile response "just in case" to customers even though cellphone was sent
