Nothing is more impactful and nothing can replace what a great teacher does. Computers are good, new facilities are good to have, online programs are beneficial. But all of those things together still cannot come close to what a great teacher can do in the classroom. Period
Teachers plates are still overflowing. They still have at least five jobs. Teacher, curriculum developer, IT for students, therapist for parents struggling, & office worker. All while trying to take care of their family too. They need grace & support now more than ever.
