@AddisonLeeCabs left stranded for an hour at airport after AL changed driver at the last minute. Pre booked executive car and after a long day travelling very poor ‘service’ contacted AL by email 2 weeks ago but still had no reply.

@AddisonLeeCabs pre ordered a taxi from the airport. Once landed received a text saying the driver has been replaced.Waited nearly and hour for new driver to pick us up. Nightmare after a long day travelling. Emailed AL to complain and not even had an acknowledgment 2 weeks later
