@MartinSLewis Had the same with @RoyalMail. Waited 60 mins to speak to someone about a parcel posted to USA in Oct which is still sitting in their Belfast hub. Took a month to get to Belfast from London. Usual message about call wait times. Will be some £50 out of pocket due to lost parcel. 😡
