@tollymasti @airindiain @PMOIndia @JM_Scindia @HardeepSPuri There were 358 bags missing from AI127 flight on Nov 14th from Chicago airport, I have shared all the details in the email and DM’d to @airindiain as well. No response from them. 100+ passengers are in the same boat. @airindiain is so irresponsible

@airindiain @JM_Scindia @AshwaniLohani @PMOIndia AI127- DEL-ORD (Nov 13,2021) flight departed without baggage of 100 more passengers. Even after filing the report, no proper documentation were provided by Air India Personnel & they deliberately missed providing File Reference No.

@aditiraval @airindiain @PMOIndia We are missing 6 checked in baggages, it’s so pathetic that customer service do not work at all. We travelled back to US on Nov 13th with AI127 flight. There are around 350+ baggages missing that particular day from the same flight.

AI 127 (Delhi-ORD), more than. 359 bags missing! Can someone get a response to us about the status!!

@airindiain I have sent ticket number, PIR information and emailed every little detail and haven’t heard and response. I have lost 6 checked in luggages. Plenty of important stuff is there in my baggages. I have called customer care multiple times & there was no response, call got dropped.
