Welcome to Body Protocol 💪🏃

First day of 2026: I just started this account to document my journey to finally achieve my optimal physique for everyday life and well-being.

I'm a 36 yo male and have a history of sports but never achieved this goal because I wasn't committed enough.

This changes now.

My Body Protocol:
- sports Mon, Wed, Fri
- intermittent fasting
- lower carb food, capped at 2k kcal per day

My goal is to be consistent until the last day of this year. This should give me huge progress already. Then let's see where it goes.

@RealRusty Der SuC in Izmir ist wichtiger, machen wir uns nichts vor. Aber träumen darf man ja mit dem Walensee-Diner. Aber die Autobahn geht da nur in eine Richtung. Die Gegenspuren gehen durch den Berg im Tunnel. Ich weiss nicht, ob sich das überhaupt lohnt.

Bei mir hatte es nach ein paar Tagen geklappt und die haben sogar 2 Monate mehr erstattet als sie gemusst hätten.

Es kommen langsam die mitarbeiterlosen Supermärkte, die 24/7 offen sind. Die Mitarbeiter kommen nur ein paar Mal die Woche zum Auffüllen und Rabattkleberli anbringen. Ich gehe da mittlerweile oft und auch sonntags einkaufen. Man kann auch mit Handy scannen und bezahlen. Das ist die Zukunft.

I had mail correspondence with the ASTRA (Swiss governing institution).

The money quote: "No application has yet been submitted for general approval of Tesla’s “Full Self-Driving (FSD) Supervised” driver-assistance system. ASTRA is always very open to new technologies. Should Tesla submit an application for approval, ASTRA will review it with great interest, with a focus on road safety and treating it as a transitional technology."

Their pointless blabber is sickening, but there you have it.

Ja, auch in der Schweiz ist es so. Hier in Winterthur hat ein alteigensessener Händler BYD ins Programm aufgenommen (inkl. Service und Reparaturen; es waren chinesische Mechaniker zur Schulung da). Beim Tag der offenen Tür waren viele Leute dort und der Händler meinte, das alle Modelle gut verkauft werden. Sonst verkauft er Alfa Romeo, aber dafür haben sich wenige Leute interessiert. Meine Probefahrten waren auch gut, es sind richtige Alltagsautos, mit allem, was man braucht.

I can't take this any longer. Today, I got another response from the ASTRA Switzerland that says that they want people to grab the steering wheel because only then ASTRA can be are sure that the driver is attentive. These people have the epitome of a bullshit job. If I have one hand on the steering wheel and the other on my phone while looking on my phone, the car still might swerve off like it ALREADY DOES EVERY DAY ALL OVER THE WORLD IN ALL CARS FROM ALL BRANDS.

The crucial part of the response:
"In Switzerland, drivers are not permitted to take their hands off the steering wheel, even when using so-called “hands-off” or “hands-ready” features."

Heute Auslieferung eines gebrauchten Teslas gehabt. Alles mögliche kontrolliert, sieht echt top aus. Aber die versprochene (telefonisch beim Erstgespräch nach Bestellung) MFK wurde natürlich nicht gemacht. Letzte Prüfung war Dez 2020. Die MFK ist längst überfällig, Ich habe Tesla im Chat informiert aber wahrscheinlich ignorieren die mich jetzt ... Mal sehen 😟
