Natural diversity is in every aspect of the human body – noses, ears, hands, eyes, height, hair color, etc. But for weight we’re told anything outside of a narrow height/weight ratio is wrong and bad and should be eradicated with a global war. That's weight stigma talking.

Could people please stop peddling "calories in/calories out" diets for weight loss as if we haven't known for decades they don't work - unless, of course, you're hoping for short-term weight loss followed by weight regain and harm from weight cycling? Thanks.

So excited to celebrate the launch of the Body Confident Sport Guidelines - advised by youth, these guidelines (based on the PhD research of @GeorgieBuckley_ ) are long overdue, and will serve to support and encourage youth to pursue sport whilst creating positive body image.
