@oliviamthomson @iskarob I agree with you on the definition! It could also be as simple as parents asking their child about something specific they learned at school or what is going on at school. Parents can also email teachers and just let them know they're doing a good job!

@annasauer415 A2. I like newsletters the best because I think it allows you to share the most important things going on in the classroom at the time- & it doesn't always need to be curriculum! If prom is coming up, talk about prom & how your class will work around it! #educ330 #therents

@abigailcurran1 @SchroederKarmen @annasauer415 I don't think people realize how much a student's home life affects their school life so if teachers take the time to get to know what's going on with students' home lives, I think it will really benefit the student as a whole individual
