The pandemics, quarantine, lockdowns are never going away and will be used again when the time is right.
Pandemic lockdowns are useful for many things but the 3 important fronts are:
1. Economic reset or stall.
2. Conditioning of the population into accepting further restrictions on their lives and demoralization of their future.
3. Building critical infrastructures silently which would otherwise be opposed and passing laws and legislations in secret impacting the lives of the population is a critically negative way.
