As quoted by Guinness Book "Bank accounts opened in one week as part of the Financial Inclusion Campaign is 1.8 crores & was achieved by the DFS, Govt of India from August 23 to 29, '14." 97% of the total account was opened by PSBs. Don't they demand kudos?

The Research Findings are in line with what we were harping on for last 10 years. Findings say that during the yr from 2004 -14 the UPA govt wrote off loans worth of ₹ 2.20 lakhs cr. In subsequent years another ₹19.21 lakh cr. of large loans were written off. Nothing new.

@SunilKu92687431 @INCIndia Really very surprising why so delay in realising or accepting this intrinsic truth and why such frequent change in stance ? However, it hardly makes any difference because people's verdict can be compelling on them. PSBs have gained confidence of people.
