Hello @abcnews . As an Australian taxpayer living in regional Australia, myself and everyone I speak to is doing it very tough due to the price of Diesel. Due to the price, we have become stranded. Our regular town runs have gone from frequent to infrequent. We feel isolated and forgotten.

Regional Australia suffers with the highest suicide rate per capita. Farmers go down the paddock and never return. I fear being cut off from town, due to the fuel cost, will add to this toll.

I urge you to run news stories on this.

@crimetobehonest @KirtanShahCFP I believe we are agreeing on the same point. He is inferring home loan rates are variable but they are actually fixed. Same with the housing market becoming frozen. Not many want to sell who are already in the market and those waiting to enter will defer until rates come down
