Very disappointed in Puja and Rica. My email to Puja didn't count in their review of when my claim was made about the jackhammering in the lobby just below this condo. Horrible customer service!

Sent video to Puka (the Rep I had on 1/21) but Rica (the latest Rep) doesn't count it as reporting the jackhammer issue on 1/21. She will not even reply to my messages pleading for her to look at the evidence. :-(

Since my January 21st issue, Airbnb bumped me around to 20+ reps. None of them helped. Now they won't even look at the email evidence with a video of the jackhammer noise.

Because I didn't know that this was jack hammer noise at the time (1/21/21), @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp @bchesky @jgebbia says that I didn't report within 24 hours so there is nothing they can do... Yet I reported this the day that it started.

Airbnb now says my comments are inconsistent! I have evidence, but my 1/21 compaint calling it "inside noise" does not meet their 24 hour reporting requirement because I did not call it "jackhammer" noise. Are you kidding!!!!

I have evidence that I contacted Airbnb within 24 hours of jackhammer noise. They "found" that I did not report within 24 hours, so they can do nothing.

Turns out Airbnb rules do NOT allow hosts to use NOT giving a review as a threat or a condition of getting out of a rental agreement. Regardless of what a host tells you, you will be allowed to leave a review. Shame on you VLP.

Shores of Panama has CONSTANT noise! Now, in addition to the construction noise from pool and lobby (right under me), the parking ramp work sounds like sirens blaring.
