@NanaDarko__ Don’t make everything political and because you want to acquire political points. Their proposal was submitted last year getting into the elections and the NPP government rejected the offer requesting for a 15% share for the government rather than the usual 10%.

@NanaDarko__ And with the sale, when their initial proposal was rejected and they refused to submit a counter proposal, Ibrahim Mahama requested to buy the mine and maintain all working stuff but they refused to sell because they believed the NDC when in power will accept the 10% proposal

@NanaDarko__ The company decided to be reluctant instead of submitting a counter proposal because they saw the statistics and knew the NPP would lose. And hoped the NDC government would approve their proposal when in power. They submitted the same proposal this year and they also rejected.
