[ERRATUM] Judicial Vacancies: Shortlisted Candidates – October 2026 Interviews

The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has issued an erratum to the notice published on 31 July 2026 regarding the shortlisted candidates for judicial vacancies in the Superior Courts.

The notice has been amended to reflect that there are two (2) vacancies in the Competition Appeal Court, and not one (1) as previously stated. Comments on the suitability of shortlisted candidates must reach the JSC Secretariat by Friday, 11 September 2026.

Members of the media are hereby informed that the media briefing by the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Ms. Mmamoloko Kubayi, and the National Director of Public Prosecutions (NDPP) on IDAC developments and remedial measures will no longer take place at the National Prosecuting Authority Headquarters.
