@JLepore29@CarpentersGroup They are embarrassing, simply embarrassing. And their director states on her profile that she dislikes injustice. Our accident happened in May 2021, its nowhere near resolved because of carpenters. I've had a new case handler this year and I do not have one single email from him

Exactly the same details pasted from the email. I got lucky but think many people experienced the same & werent so lucky. Defo something up
@CarpentersGroup Been calling and emailing for weeks, haven't spoke to my claim handler since 17th March. Claim is more than a year old, claim handler doesn't respond to emails or calls.
You NEVER answer the phone. My claim handler doesn't respond to emails (no response since March 17th) my claim is a year old & hasn't progressed after being passed around. It's atrocious customer service. You don't even acknowledge that I exist @CarpentersGroup@Donna_Scully

@ssencommunity Absolutely disgraceful response from this lot. Caused a 6 hour power cut, then did nothing about it, then just asked me to claim in on my insurance. #disgrace terrible #CustomerService
@SSE Hi. You supply the electricity to my property, on 26/5/22 I lost power for +6hrs. You said you would inform my utility supplier of the incident but you haven't. Had to throw out food & unable to work from home effectively & you've offered no compensation or followed up
@virginmedia serious Internet issues for days now. Laptops just saying 'no Internet' despite full signal, continued dropping out and cannot work from home. What a terrible service you are providing. Continued problems.
@virginmedia Can you read the full thread rather than responding to just the last tweet? The app says 'great' in every room, but the signal isn't. Based on your replies it's clear you're unwilling to help a customer. You just wanna send them an automated response rather than actually helping
@virginmedia Please can you assist with me obtaining some WiFi boosters? I can only conf call from my living room and according to my app my signal is 'great' in every room but it isn't. Boosters would resolve the problem but for the life of me I cant figure out how to order them
@virginmedia You cant order them on the app, have you tried doing it? You should try out the solutions yourself before recommending. I've also tried the app, hence why I phoned. Why are you so against me speak to someone? A person could solve my issue quickly but you're making it impossible
@virginmedia I've called, I've followed the steps & the help, I've reset my hub about 25 times. Keep getting poor/intermittent signal. Your phone support is automated & you just reset my hub & end the call. I need to speak to a human. Its impossible to WFH as we need to be in the front room
@tvlicensing Please can you help with cancelling my TV licence? Your website currently makes it impossible to do this, as the page just says you are too busy to take my call/email, but there is no number/email on there either.
