@ZARA_Care your what’s app UK staff running the account are absolutely stupid. I was told yesterday to wait till the end of the day for my parcel (that was due on 7.7.23) still nothing. Contact them this morning and Iv been told to wait a further 48 hours!!!! Refund my money

@RoyalMail I received a parcel from an Amazon courier driver that wasn’t my name or address. (The addresses were similar) If I post this parcel into a Royal Mail post box, will it be given to the correct person at the correct address? Even though it’s an Amazon label?

@ZARA_Care No you’re not. You’re absolutely outrageous There is clearly a serious issue with the Amazon shipping.Two parcels this week he was due to delivery to me, and two parcels have now gone!They are going to the wrong location, or the driver is stealing them!! Either way not my fault
