Regarding this, I made an earlier post pointing out what felt off to me in the application process.

I attended the interview yesterday and apart from the interviewer showing up ~3 mins late, it was well-done.

It was a two-hour interview and the interviewer kept to the time.

The interviewer conducted the interview so well.

My batch had over 100 participants. Some participants were asked questions.

Participants will be graded based on their application, video submission and interview participation.

The selected participants will be trained

@ohma_senpai I understand you. I've also seen worse processes. That doesn't mean this one can't be improved upon even in the context of the company situation.

As an appointment setter, you'll also face worse objections than these.

Not all snakes are dangerous, but your first instinct when you see one is to run or kill it.

If it turns out not to be legit, my only regret will be taking several hours off my book formatting and proofreading project, that I'm supposed to turn in later today, to research this firm and prepare for the interview.
