@Google we run our business with an AI assistant, and your setup keeps getting in its way. We forwarded Google Voice texts to email so our assistant could read verification codes, but Voice will only send them to the account's own Gmail, and Gmail blocks automated forwarding rules. We're not asking you to drop security. We're asking for a supported way to give our own agents access. Stop being counterproductive.

We switched to @CityNet and we find it frustrating that @FrontierNet is forcing us to pay and/or drop off the package ourselves. That's not our job. That's not part of the service, and @UPS wants $25 for a pickup. Meanwhile, the Frontier location is like a mile away from the rental property, and your logistics just suck.
