@hbomax What is going on with your app? I’m having issues with GOT and Chernobyl, Episodes ending 10 min early, black screens with dialog. I have made numerous customer service calls and nothing has been done. Are you going to address these issues or should I cancel subscription?

@HBOMaxHelp @CStrable I am experiencing the same issue with Game of Thrones and Chernobyl. Numerous phone calls with customer service to no avail. Last phone call stated this is now in the hands of advanced customer support. But it seems like nothing is getting it done.
