This is the point every conscious driven individual reaches
In Psychology it's called "mourning the grandiose self"
It's what separates the people who were "born to succeed"
From the people who live "realistically"
What separates the two is how you respond to the moment you realize you’re not particularly special
When the belief that you're destined for unique greatness is challenged
(usually by failure after giving it your all)
There will be a question sparked inside of you
And your response will determine the rest of your life:
"I'm not like them."
Or
"I'm just like them..."

The internet is bigger than Google shows you.
Most people never leave the first page.
Imagine knowing all this decades before anybody else even had the slightest idea.
It would literally drive you truly crazy.
Here’s the full clip. Enjoy.
there is a singular reason why lingerie is back & if you had figured out the connection here by mapping tech to culture, then you would’ve made a lot of money.
anyone want to guess why victoria secret & the broader lingerie market is back??
Jordan Peterson on why self-esteem is a myth and what actually builds real confidence.
Most people spend years trying to feel better about themselves.
They repeat affirmations. They journal their wins. They work on their "self-esteem."
Peterson says that's the wrong target entirely.
"Self-esteem… doesn't even exist by the way. It's just a pathological concept altogether."
What you actually want is confidence. And not just any confidence, confidence grounded in competence. Otherwise, he says, it's just narcissism.
So how do you build it?
Not by changing what you say about yourself. Not by adjusting your self-talk or telling yourself you're capable. Those are surface-level fixes.
The real mechanism is simpler and more demanding.
"You watch yourself exceed your limits and then you think, 'Oh, look at that. There's something in me that can exceed my limits. That's your true self.'"
Confidence is earned from the inside out through repeated experience of actually doing hard things.
@jordanbpeterson draws an interesting parallel. If you watch a friend making small, consistent improvements over time, you don't feel contempt, you feel admiration. Even if part of you is jealous, the healthy response is recognition: that's admirable.

A man with an unintegrated anima experiences his feminine energy almost entirely through the women in his life. And because of this, he will turn women into mirrors of his unconscious feminine, idealizing, fearing, and reacting to them, rather than having awareness and understanding of this energy within himself.
He may oscillate between idolizing and resenting women, or trying to control them, because he hasn’t internalized his feminine within as a guiding, constant force. This is why you see men who seemingly appear charming, attentive, or even dominant, but are always performing, always orbiting, always measuring their worth against women’s reactions.
Even cruelty, aloofness, or dismissiveness can be a form of woman-centric energy, because it exists to elicit a response. The unintegrated anima is not subtle at all to the attuned — it drives validation-seeking, manipulation, and emotional reactivity. It creates an erratic energy within a man. Yin qualities like intuition, emotional depth, receptivity, creativity — are not consciously cultivated. Instead, they are extracted unconsciously from the women around him. This is why women can feel exhausted, tested, performing, or like they are used for “supply” in relationships with these men.
A self-contained man, in contrast, has internalized his anima. He accesses intuition, emotional intelligence, creativity, beauty, transcendence, and relational depth from within. He does not rely on women to complete him, validate him, or manage his externalized yin by stifling themselves. His presence is magnetic to self-actualized women precisely because it is self-sustained. He can engage with women as companions and co-creators, without games, manipulation, or performance.

"Digital ID is the linchpin of the United Nations' push for a global surveillance state."
