@ArrivaKent Okay but does that impact 5/6 buses? And if so why wasn't that passed on to the passengers? Staff didnt know and your signs say everythings running? People could have avoided waiting rather than leaving a pregnant woman and her small child standing in the cold for over an hour
@ArrivaKent been an hour and no 132 from Chatham bus station. Been told its due to a broken bus, but there were meant to be 5 at least in this time? You put your prices up but fail to provide an actual service
@Uber_Support ordered @McDonaldsUK through @UberEats the driver didn't come to my site, then processed the order as delivered. I tried calling but I was blocked by your system and the messaging system wouldn't work either. Now I've got no food and I've still been charged!
@medway_council Do you monitor performance targets etc? At what point does the service they are providing (or lack of it) become intolerable enough for you to do something?
@ArrivaKent I pay over ยฃ100 a month for you to cancel my 132 bus more often than run it. Plus when a bus does eventually turn up the driver doesn't stop. Please can you explain the justification for the fare increase in April?

@ArrivaKent 3 x 132 buses cancelled and now a second 101 service cancelled. Can you give me an actual explanation as to why these where cancelled rather than the usual default non answer of referring me to your non existent customer services
@ArrivaKent what can I do if my ticket times out whilst waiting for a bus, after you've cancelled the 2 before it and the one I'm waiting for is delayed by 30 minutes so I've been waiting for an hour to get on it?
@ArrivaKent yet again a second day of waiting almost an hour for a 132 to arrive after cancelling 3 and another one being too full of school kids, probably because you reduced the number of services.
@ArrivaKent why am I paying a significant sum to wait almost 40 minutes for a 101 service from Chatham to Maidstone? 4 buses are meant to have turned up but haven't.
