According to @NASA officials, today NASA will be announcing lunar terrain vehicles (LTVs) and other elements that will help build the Moon Base.

Plus, we’ll get a more substantive update about what exactly that will look like, not in theory but in practice (having selected vehicles with specific advantages and capabilities).
