@shopify @tobi it's been 10 business days and shopify still haven't been able to verify our business name that hasn't changed since we joined in 2021. I even called the IRS and they verified there were no issues with our EIN in less than 30min. Any help would be appreciated.

Don't let it go red, our shop sales went to less than 10% of what they were the day it went red. We have had a priority ticket in for 7 days and heard nothing back. Our company name and ein hasn't changed in the 4yrs we have been with shopify. Incredibly frustrating, we were making huge progress on the shop store. And we have supplied all requested supporting documents.
