he has nothing to say.

▪️If he starts new programs —
he is changing too much.

▪️If he changes nothing —
he lacks vision.

▪️If he is warm with everyone —
he plays favorites.

▪️If he keeps his distance —
he is cold and unfriendly.

▪️If problems arise —
the pastor bears the blame.

Yet through praise and criticism,
through seasons of harvest and seasons of drought,
the faithful pastor rises each morning and continues to serve —

✅ not for applause,

✅ not for recognition,

✅ not to silence the critics
or to satisfy every opinion,

✅ but for Christ,
who Himself was misunderstood,
rejected,
and still did not turn back.
