This is what an A350 engine start looks like from the cockpit. Watch the indications closely. We can see that the bleed system status changes as the engine start sequence begins, bleed pressure and air supply are monitored, and the engine parameters start coming alive. You can also see the N2/N3 spool speed increasing, fuel flow coming in, ignition, and the EGT rising as combustion starts.
Once the engine reaches stable idle, the parameters settle and the bleed configuration changes again. The displays continuously show the pilots that the engine is accelerating normally and the parameters are staying within limits.✈️
🚀 777-9 vs A350-1000 . TWO WIDE-BODY GIANTS. ✈️🔥
Boeing’s 777-9 is bringing folding wingtips, huge capacity and GE9X power to the next generation of long-haul flying.
Meanwhile, the A350-1000 is already proving what a modern, lightweight and efficient wide-body can do. 🌍✈️
⚔️ 777-9: Bigger & heavier
🌿 A350-1000: Lighter & highly efficient
🛫 Both: Built for long-haul missions
If you could fly only ONE as a passenger, as pilot or work on as aircraft maintenance engineer , which one would you choose?
