People were doubting it BEFORE the pictures of her in the hospital. With her dad faking her death before, and the lack of pictures until now, it WAS safe to assume it was a lie

Not saying it’s fake, I think the chances are low. But we really can’t know for 100% sure as anything can be faked nowadays.
