A capacity building training about tax management and regulations supported by the UN Habitat was launched today by the mayor of Borama Mohamed Ahmed Warsame. The goal of this training was to build the capacity of the staff working on Borama District Tax Management.

Making a very sustainable master-plan for #Borama is at the forefront of our agenda, for that reason we contributed our part in building the master-plan with the ministry @PublicWorksLand, and paid 225,000,000 SLSH in contribution to the project.

Borama has been without town-plan in many decades, this has resulted several main roads to be closed by buildings

Now! We started to open back the roads that was closed, in order to work towards the betterment of our transportation.

We are so much grateful to the overwhelming amount of people who showed and came out to clean Borama. As part of our previous notice for the public to clean Borama by today 400+ people came to join us in this sanitary campaign.

@BoramaLocalGovt will never underestimate #Youth and will put them at the forefront of our top development priorities. We have made a some repairs in Haji Dahir Stadium, the main and the largest playground for youth in Borama. We will keep doing more!
