Found this letter that mygrandfather received back in 1957 for some work to be carried out on his Lanz Bulldog tractor for some improvements at no cost to him. Not to many tractor companies out there would be doing that theses days. Few west coast farmers names on the second page

@lonsdad1 @MooseIndustrie Bit had to say as i have upgraded the outer spring on the tyne to a bigger spring plus run the second inner spring which has given us good penetration. Been sowing dry here and we did notice that its leaving a better job with not so many lumps and bumps of dirt.

@Robbie74365522 @MooseIndustrie Depends on what your end goal is. Our heavy country needs some tillage with the points after sheep have been on it over the winter. I like the idea of a disc machine but this was the best fit for us.

@coyle_tim We do the ewes with Eryvac when we give the Glanvac before lambing and then the lambs get a shot at marking. Haven't had a arthritic sheep in years now. 👍
