@Grubhub doesn’t care about customer retention and they seem to forget there are plenty of other delivery services. Hope you’re happy to lose years long customers.
@netflix as a week old customer, how do I get a refund because my service stopped working yet I am still charged? (No it’s not my network, my other streaming services are working just fine)
Swore to myself I’d never order from @Lowes again but gave them benefit of the doubt for the final time. My washer and dryer delivery that I need for my newborn has been pushed two days in a row and their response “we aren’t accountable we use an outside delivery service.”

@Lowes You won’t do anything. We’ve done this song and dance before on here. All you say is you’re not accountable which is the biggest joke I’ve ever heard. I’ve tried calling the store, the delivery company, nobody wants to work.
@Lowes WHO is accountable then? You hire these outside delivery companies so YOU are responsible. I can guarantee I won’t get my delivery this week and now I am done. And so is my family who you have screwed over time and time again with your messed up delivery.
