Haven't been much active today, but after work it was straight home to celebrate this big guy who turns 13 tomorrow.
He is a big @MarcusRashford and @ManUtd fan, so maybe if I ask nicely he could recive a happy birthday from Marcus 🙏🏻😊
False promises to young stars. Scraps of minutes for Shea Lacey despite being a ray of hope in an underperforming squad, and youngsters sent out on loan without minimum playing time conditions.
Amongst everybody else, Manchester United are also failing their youngsters!
Since Chido Obi’s last match for Manchester United in July, he has played just 48 minutes on loan, playing less than 10 minutes in 4 of his 5 appearances.
Ethan Wheatley has only made it off the bench once during his loan spell, for 5 minutes, and that was back in August.
This is crucial development time wasted, especially in the case of Chido Obi who came over from Arsenal as one of the most exciting attacking prospects in English football.
The Manchester United board should have fought for better conditions and ensured guaranteed game time.
Sitting on the bench will have done our young players no good.
And it begs the question… is there anything this ownership and board are actually competent at?
UEFA have fined FC København €35,000 following a tribute to a supporter who passed away. 😳💔🇩🇰
During København’s Conference League clash against SC Braga, the famous Sektion 12 supporters unveiled a massive tifo and pyrotechnic display in memory of Mathias, a devoted fan who had recently passed away. 💙🤍
Thousands of fans came together to honour one of their own, creating an emotional tribute inside the stadium. 🥺
However, UEFA have handed København a €35,000 fine and a two year suspended partial closure of the upper B section at Parken Stadium. 😳
For København’s fans, this was more than just a tifo. It was a final goodbye to one of their own. 💔
What the captain of Manchester United did/said after the game last night is mutiny
Total unacceptable for a captain to question the tactics of a manager in the public
Big decision from the hierarchy here
Either
1. The captain loses his armband
2. Manager must go
What manager haven't we tried and failed?
It's about time we make the players accountable for their performances.
Accept to finish 10th place in the league the next 2 seasons.
Make that clear out, bring in fresh blood. Some have stayed too long, others were never good enough
🚨🎙️ Wayne Rooney on Bruno Fernandes’ post match statement about Carrick’s tactics:
🗣️"I listened to what Bruno said after the match, and to be perfectly honest with you, I think he’s completely lost his head. Standing in front of the cameras and throwing Michael Carrick and the coaching staff under the bus like that is unacceptable for any player, let alone the captain of Manchester United.
When you wear that armband, you stand up, take responsibility, and protect the group. You don't come out in public questioning the tactics and pointing fingers at the setup just to take the heat off yourself after getting beaten 4–1 by Como. That’s not leadership—that’s a player looking out for his own reputation.
And look, it’s obvious to anyone watching that Michael Carrick is losing the dressing room right now. When you see a team look that lifeless, conceding in the first two minutes, and then the captain goes straight onto television to openly slate the game plan, the authority from the manager is completely gone. The players have clearly stopped buying into what he’s telling them.
But Bruno needs to look in the mirror before pointing fingers at Carrick. He’s looking like a shadow of the player he used to be when he first arrived at Old Trafford. His performances over recent months haven't been anywhere near the level required, and frankly, he doesn't have the right to be talking about tactics when he's giving you nothing on the pitch.
If you’re going to call out Carrick's instructions, you’d better be delivering a 10 out of 10 performance yourself. But he was passive, he couldn't influence the game, and then he goes off the pitch to publicly undermine his manager. When the captain starts doing that, it completely destroys squad unity and proves the dressing room has shattered."
🚨🔴 JUST IN: Shea Lacey is in contention to make his first-ever Champions League start for Manchester United.
The youngster has ‘outperformed’ expectations in training and is highly rated by club staff. 👀

@Ann_tookeen Funny question, or maybe it's my translation that's messing with me 😆
I my opinion, your whole face is perfect, so you have absolutely nothing to worry about 😊🫶🏻

🚨 OFFICIAL: Lisandro Martínez releases new statement after meeting with Carrick and club directors.
“Today I met with the club’s leadership and the manager. It was a very positive conversation, where we were able to exchange views and speak openly about what happened after the game”.
“Everyone knows that I am a passionate person and that I live football with great intensity. The frustration of the defeat led me to express how I felt at a time and place that perhaps were not the right ones, and for that I want to apologise”.
“Our club is at its best when we are all united, and I recognise that my words in that moment did not help with that”.
“I know that every single person at Manchester United is doing everything possible to achieve our shared ambition: bringing the success that this club and its supporters deserve”.
“With this situation now behind us, we are fully focused on winning together”.
🚨 Kobbie Mainoo: “Everyone talks about Man United in the past. I want to bring that to now, and I want to WIN”.
“I want to win a lot here. That’s my dream, for this club to be at the top again”, told Prime Video Sport.
