@sakebu_cheese_ Most Americans do not like others being loud and obnoxious in public places. But about 10% of the population makes things miserable for the other 90%. This applies across the board. 10% of people are horrible, selfish, or crazy. Imagine what life would be like without that 10%.
@uiyui_jk Don't move here to get away from accusations of racism. We get that here, too. Come here for opportunity and freedom. Find a good and happy community. Ignore angry people. Just live your life in freedom!
@ApexSeeker_ Its not harder. It is only the perception of it being harder. My super poor great grandparents had 5 kids. They worked hard. The children worked hard with them when old enough. Soon, they could afford a small farm with no running water/electric. They eventually had 20 kids.
@BuenoForMiami Any surgery done for non medical necessity should require concent of the person being altered. And since children cant concent, it should be illegal until adult age is reached. Circumcision on children for medical reasons is a decision for the parents and doctors to make.
@BuenoForMiami My friend's daughter didnt concent to dozens of surgeries, but she needed them to stay alive. She was in agony for every one, but today shes alive and happy. She probably wouldn't have concented to those surgeries if given the choice. This is why kids cant concent.
@BuenoForMiami Aren't a lot of circumcisions done for health reasons? My brother got it done because he was contracting UTIs repeatedly as an infant and it was the recommended treatment after repeatedly going on antibiotics (which made him sicker). He never got UTI again after the procedure.
@SFWsalesgirl I think your test has proven that ragebaiting is more successful.
Also, I've noticed that attaching ironic or complimentary gifs with your text boosts interactions, too. At least, from my end, it seems to help get responses.
@RepDexterOR Okay, so since his money isnt liquid cash, it's just the value of the companies he owns, are you suggesting he shut down and liquidate these companies? What about the nearly 100k people employed in them and the millions of people who benefit from their services/products?
@MasterMaliq As a MAGA conservative, I dont know anyone who dislikes well-behaved legal immigrants. But when specific groups come in with a noticably higher rate of bad behavior, you cant expect people to just pretend that's not what's happening. To do so would actually be dangerous.
@travisakers Even if they gave a billion to every district, teachers wouldn't see a dime. As a teacher, I was not permitted to accept parents supplies donations for my class & I had to sneak buying over $100/month for classroom supplies. Administrators get everything.
@atensnut Half the time, he sleeps on a cot in the office. His wealth is in the companies... which employ hundreds of thousands of people and provide products and services for millions.
You want to liquidate all those jobs and take those services and products away from everyone?
@ChristianHeiens Elon reaching 1T$ is revealing so many dum dums. Like children, they think he's got vaults of cash to swim in. They really do. They dont understand that taxing him even 50% of his current value would mean liquidating almost 100k jobs and deleting all their products and services.
@brianeskow It means I'm chucking my ridiculously expensive internet provider that keeps raising their rates while the internet gets more and more intermittent, and I'm buying Starlink, baby! Yeah!
@SenWarren Elon's wealth is in companies he owns. If you tax him 50%, that means he would have to liquidate 50% of his companies, leaving 50% of the thousands of folks he employs jobless. Lol. Haven't you thought past your own statement at all? You want to increase unemployment? What?!
@lladilettante Hear me out.... Back from the Brink
It handles the stages of healing from betrayal quite nicely. Better than most Cdramas I've come across. And it does so with a gentle sort of humor. It's got a strong fan base for a reason.
