@virginmedia How do I find an IT support ticket that was supposed to have been raised for me? It has been over a week and I have had no notification. It took me over an hour on the phone and 6 transfers to get that far?
@virginmedia That is not quite correct as they do change, though rarely. They have a long lease. I am trying to overcome a security issue on your router so this needs to happen. Been on the phone with your help desk across 5 departments so far and they do not seem to understand the issue

@cmuench I will try the LANGUAGE option ( not at server now) thanks. I have also tried setting Lang to the normal decode (something like) en_gb which seems to work for some parts
@cmuench hi, as an ecoDMS user have you found any sort of user forum related to this? The company seems to go to all lengths to prevent any sort of interaction
@cmuench I have two issues (which may be related)...
Running in docker and the LANG=eng (as per the manual) gives continued errors. I also can't get the date format ddMMMM yyyy to work
@cmuench Unfortunately as a retired individual I can't afford to pay support subscriptions on top of licences.
I am just amazed there is no other way of contacting them and they don't even respond to bug tickets.
