“The only thing an old man can tell a young man is that it goes fast, real fast, and if you’re not careful it’s too late. Of course, the young man will never understand this truth.”
— Norm Macdonald
Get a haircut every 2 weeks to stay sharp, wait 5 secs before answering the phone to control the rhythm, always arrive 15 mins early, stay away from free lunches, never talk about people who aren't in the room, and when anger rises, wait 10 mins before reacting. These habits may look rigid, but they're the hidden discipline of the elite.
The @jsckenya noted the challenges arising from the absence of a clear and predictable appellate framework for tribunals, many of which are also subject to the High Court's supervisory jurisdiction.
This institutional gap contributed to uncertainty and fragmented appellate practice.
I am pleased that Hon CJ @CJMarthaKoome has now established the Tribunals Appeals Division of the High Court at Milimani Law Courts following JSC's recommendations.
This is a significant step towards greater consistency, efficiency, certainty and access to justice.
Todate, 26 tribunals have successfully transitioned to the Judiciary.

@MutahiNgunyi I think it’s degrading being an intellectual for hire, sometimes you are forced to come up with ludicrous comparisons and ideologies to push masters agenda.
Has anyone else noticed that lawyers who consistently undercharge often end up struggling financially? These lawyers believe undercharging brings more clients.Yes, it does but not high-value clients. In practice, they end up working more but earning less.Quality over Quantity>>>🤗
Oscar Sudi has taken his children to the best international schools locally (Turi) and abroad (England). He did so having possibly been informed by a learned advisor (in Kiswahili or Kalenjine) that the public education system in Kenya (CBS) is inadequate. Here, he is supporting illiteracy amongst voters and discrediting education to appeal to a majority uneducated voters.
Oscar Sudi is one of the many illiterate and uneducated legislators who the electorate should never listen to. The reason is simple. Even in his illiteracy, he knows what is good for his children. He also knows that it is good for him and his kind, for the children of the majority uneducated, to remain uneducated.
This principle of lis pendes is, unfortunately, almost always being violated 'because there is no court order stopping sale/transfer' some times with the knowledge of counsel.
