It was not an easy task for us to save 80% of our plantation in spite of water scarcity and heat waves. We lost more than 400 tree saplings to these harsh climatic conditions. These spots will be replanted and extra care will be taken to attain proper growth stage.

@IndiaPostOffice It seems retrieving the payment made through QR code is hard or not possible, which the staff was not sure about it. They collected our UPI ID for that particular transaction stating that they would see what they can do.

Anyways, the digital payment process DIDN'T GO WELL! 😔

Why @IndiaPostOffice is not accepting @UPI_NPCI transaction??? It's so frustrating to carry the exact cash amount on a daily basis rather than waiting in queue!

@IndiaPostOffice And one more thing, when the staff informed the bill amount we were excited to pay through that displayed QR code and we made the payment. Later only we have been informed that the counter staff will initialise the payment process and then only we have to do it.

@IndiaPostOffice We were happy to see the payment QR code sheet BUT it didn't make any difference. We ended up paying through CASH ONLY. It seems there was a network issue or system error and couldn't connect through digital payment.
