I want to remind everyone that nobody is immune to shit talking, so let’s start there. But when you cultivate an environment of it, you’re also going to pull that behavior out of the people around you.

Both J7 and Jess use this dynamic as a form of manipulation, and then laugh off being called emotionally manipulative because they lack the self-awareness to recognize it in themselves.

So when people like @BakerBroken are sharing those kinds of comments with J7, or when CyberChick Boston is talking about @RealNurseKim to Jess, it’s happening because they feel comfortable doing so. That comfort doesn’t appear out of nowhere. It’s created and reinforced by the environment these women have built within their orbit.

At the same time, both Baker and Cyberchick probably projected their own expectations, assuming private conversations won’t be shared because that’s how they themselves would behave. Meanwhile, the ladies are holding onto that information until it becomes useful to them.

It’s an almost identical pattern and cycle, and it’s played out publicly more than once with both of them.
