Taco Chronicles: Season 2 is out on Netflix. The first episode is an ode to suadero. Maybe my favorite taco filling. Certainly a top 5 when done right. Especially in Mexico City (and Tacos Toño in Sayulita). Here’s five great spots for Tacos de Suadero in Chicago.
