@DrJackKruse It's Dr Stillman. I saw his video today where he analyzed a study and he claimed grains helped improve his patients. Is there an updated list of other Black Swan MD's @DrJackKruse ? Thank you. Too bad he seems like a really good guy too.

@bluelightdiet @docanarchy @bluelightdiet Red light products such as EMR Tek is that going to have your body convert the light to Vitamin D and be more effective for helping overall health and the immune system? So should Red light box be just below morning sunlight?
