I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately.
We’re getting quieter.
And I get it. People get tired. Life gets busy. You post, you share, you make noise… and sometimes it feels like nobody is listening.
But then I remember what I’ve seen from this community.
Thousands of people from every corner of the world showing up because of one thing we all love.
Stargate.
A story that has been part of people’s lives for over 30 years. A story some of us grew up with. Some discovered later. A story that gave us heroes, friendships, laughter, hope — and a universe that somehow felt like home.
That’s why we’re here.
Not because somebody told us to campaign.
Because we bloody love Stargate.
And I refuse to believe that love has simply disappeared.
Maybe we’re tired.
Maybe we’ve gone a little quiet.
But we’re still here.
So come on.
Find that fire again.
Post the scene you love. Talk about the character who stayed with you. Share the moment that made Stargate your Stargate.
Fill the timeline with the reason we started making noise in the first place.
Love.
Love for this extraordinary universe and the people we found through it.
The gate isn’t closed.
So let’s dial it again. Together.
❤️
#Stargate
92,000 people are watching a plane fly a Stargate banner. Can you even imagine how many would watch an ACTUAL Stargate show?

It's wild that two weeks after Stargate's cancellation, the majority of the responses to the majority of the @primevideo posts continue to be Stargate-related.
We want @AmazonMGMStudio to #SaveStargate because these shows are magical. And not just any ol' project can capture lighting in a bottle: @MartinGero's show will bring the franchise into an exciting new era.
Don't take your foot off the gas! Tell Amazon we want Martin's Stargate.
Throughout my career, I've been dismayed by the contempt some genre executives have held for fans, routinely underestimating their power to make or break a show. I've watched this repeat too many times, across too many shows, to be talking about any single one of them. Yet despite the mounting evidence over the past few years, they continue to dismiss the data, repeating the same miscalculations time and again.
But technology has rewritten the rules, and the power dynamics are shifting. Today’s fans are organized, strategic, and highly data-literate - effectively turning the platforms' own metrics against them.
As the bets get bigger and the audience grows sharper, it will be fascinating to see how this plays out.
Dear @AmazonMGMStudio@PrimeVideo@amazon, I'm stuck with my dominant arm in a sling for the next 2 weeks and I have nothing better to do than reply to all your posts with #SaveStargate memes, until you reinstate the new Gero Stargate series. Pls & thx! 💋
