The HEERF/America Rescue Plan program turned into a slush fund, letting universities distribute billions with minimal oversight just a simple Google Form.

In 2022 alone, $7.9 billion flowed to students.

The lack of uniform accountability allowed institutions to prioritize non-citizens over struggling Americans.

$2,000 checks were mailed STRAIGHT to OVERSEAS addresses while Americans battled massive inflation and COVID restrictions!!!!!

The reasoning goes: gerrymandering means 90%+ of seats are "safe." Thus, don't fight over the 10% -- which tends to be high cost battles.
