@TheFOTP UCLA is a joke. They will continue to be a joke because they refuse to play by the same rules as everyone else. Firing Jarmond should have happened simultaneously w/ Foster's.
No coach that any real program would attempt to hire would take this job with a hack AD like Jarmond.
@Richard37215662 He was in an impossible situation for coaching search after Chip ratfucked UCLA in Feb. could only put a band aid on. Rutgers has their football coach locked up.
@goldenbearwire@KosherBruin @TwistNHook @avinashkunnath By then?
ACC will be broke apart.
Couple of the schools to SEC(UNC, Clemson) ; Couple schools to the BIG10(FSU, Virginia?).
The rest are relegated.
Football/bball players will become paid employees.
Cal will likely end up in a lower level Ivy type situation instead.
@MrTPSM@BIG10Bruin The southern Cal TV market belongs to USC and UCLA. Not Berkeley etc
So what? If UCLA stayed in p11; it loses out on $40 mill/year. And is faced with cutting its record breaking successful non-revenue sports.
@RyanJosephData@TrekDocFan@Genetics56@dkelley21 Ok. So UCLA will have to cut 12 sports to save Cal's with the $10mill?
How does that make sense? UCLA has the superior Olympic sports teams and has for 60 years
