@MattyDubz8@akaKites@jasontbattle Your gonna load in with “like minded players”, and be shocked when no one is good at using their right stick, is shooting 48% from 3, and can’t guard any of the “meta spam dribblers”, You WILL find PassFirst guards tho (usually “passfirst” is code for “I can’t create for myself”)
@MattyDubz8@akaKites@jasontbattle Won’t work. You can sleepwalk your way to a B+ minimum while cutting like an idiot, killing spacing, setting random “good” screens, not knowing how to help, getting fried but “guarding them tight”, having a 3 to 1 assist/turnover ratio, and just shooting open jumpers and dunks.
@akaKites@MattyDubz8@jasontbattle Well you’d be asking 2K to do something so grandiose that even arc raiders can’t compare
How do you create STABLE servers that also track dribble amount, context, pass amounts (not assists, just passes) shot type, and whatever the vague meaning of “Real Ball” is?
@K3TchupNMustard@jasontbattle@MLBTheShow Never mind your a Kobe/Jordan Stan who Thinks LeBron isn’t good at basketball, I’m not gonna continue to expect a logical conversation from someone who operates off emotion and personal preferences
@K3TchupNMustard@jasontbattle@MLBTheShow Why would a career mode not implement some sort of story? Otherwise it’s just franchise mode player lock.
Don’t crash out over common sense.
@K3TchupNMustard@jasontbattle@MLBTheShow As opposed to your player being a Mute Freakazoid who has zero interaction with anyone after getting drafted besides your manager occasionally telling you “hey, you’re doing good” or “hey, draw more walks!”?
@klide82605743@jasontbattle This game is great if you want to play real basketball.
You just need to realize not everyone is gonna do that, and adjust accordingly on a game by game basis
@254TexasCane@jasontbattle NBA live was arcade dogshit. You could get on the game and grind for one day and have a guard that could blow by the ai instantly the second you held right trigger.
Also had auto layups
@NWGrizzley@DeucefrmLc@jasontbattle most the nba watchers suck even more, because they don’t REALLY know what they watched (I use past tense cuz they usually old), nor do they know how to implement it into a game.
So it becomes a bunch of random Cuts, shitty spacing, and generic Darvin Ham level coaching buzzwords
@offffthat@jasontbattle Name a single 2K Game in a year that ends with “10” or higher, that didn’t have one or multiple glitchy OP moves that people spammed to get ahead. Or just any sports game
@MattyDubz8@jasontbattle Squad finder was supposed to address this but (same thing with the City/Neighborhood) yall brainstorm ideas that yall don’t actually care about having.
@NWGrizzley@taylorgang_zak@jasontbattle Problem is even the ones who play still do the same thing.
It’s not a play thing, it’s an age thing. Or it’s just random.
I just played rec with a dude who plays on the Pacers and he scored 83 doing nun but left right peekaboos, D Book, spin jumper, and leaking on breaks
@thelastshawn_@jasontbattle Yes until my players came around and how you played IRL wasn’t a viable method anymore.
Yall are thinking bout the times where some of the only online modes for play now online and myteam, and if you wanted to be a singular player, you’d play offline mycareer or create a Legend
@Fr3yus@iamNOTphaby This is aimed at a certain type of person that takes pride in not liking sports and presents that preference as if that makes them a high IQ sophisticate
@BomaniKambui@philfanacc “You better earn your spot on this team, Multi-Time Pro Bowler!” When his competition is a guy who threw more interceptions than touchdowns last year is ridiculously forced slander.
@BomaniKambui@philfanacc Yes, it is. It’s 2 struggling franchises who cannot afford their best player/Cannot progress with his contract on their books, so they ship him off even though he’s capable. Your original tweet made no sense because Kyler’s ability isn’t what’s in question.
